Skinny Project

New Construction Project Summary

Skinny Project Final w StepsThe Skinny Project was built for Postgreen Homes and designed by Interface Studio Architects. Hybrid was involved from the beginning and advised on improvements to the design that would allow Postgreen Homes to meet their strict budget and scheduling goals for the project. Some of the more unique features of these homes that required attention to detail and detailed management were the 9.5″ thick double-stud walls and the custom cladding that was cut, silk-screened and clear coated off site. The result is a unique set of homes that boast the lowest HERS rating in the city of Philadelphia and are on track to obtain LEED Platinum certification. Hybrid was proud to be a part of building the most energy-efficient new construction homes built in Philadelphia and looks forward to the next Postgreen Homes/ISA project.
