New Construction Project Summary

The Avant Garage is a new 4 townhome project developed by Postgreen Homes and designed by Interface Studio Architects for a very specific site. The project is on a side street with off street parking made possible with a unique straight through 2-car garage underneath a very custom split-level design that creates 13′ tall ceilings in the main room. The Avant Garage project also includes our first project that is incorporating roof decks surrounded by a green roof on all four units. Like most Postgreen Homes projects, this will be seeking Energy Star and LEED Platinum certification as well.
