Ardmore Energy Star

Design/Build Project Summary

The Ardmore Energy Star project is Hybrid’s first Design effort in conjunction with the owner’s, Great Oak Capital. Hybrid is working with the owners to transform the original traditional and energy wasting plans into a more contemporary design that will exceed the Energy Star standards by a healthy margin. Hybrid is also providing marketing consulting services on this project to aid in a faster sale and higher price for the owners. This project also will be used to solidify the Hybrid 1.0 level of build that will ensure Energy Star with much higher marketability than other base Energy Star homes.
