Slabs of delicious concrete right on grade at Awesometown Philly by Postgreen Homes and the NKCDC. It’s not the most exciting video, but what can you expect from a bunch of construction geeks?
Our pals at Postgreen Homes had some final pics of these two uniquely cork clad homes shot with some furnishings. Take a look at our final product. We’re pretty psyched with them and honored to be involved in building the first cork clad new construction homes in the US of A.
This house was a tough, but fun new construction project. DIGSAU designed a custom or “signature home” for Postgreen homes with 7 different levels to it from the finished basement to the master bedroom. Basically a split home on steroids all the way up to the top. The result is pretty astonishing, we have to say.
The Snapback Project has been completed for Postgreen Homes and our pal, Daniel Sandoval, snapped some nice pics of the finished product. We’re really liking how the black of the burnt cedar came out against the contrasting galvanized metal cladding.
The First Steel project for Postgreen Homes in Kensington South is wrapping up and we snapped a few photos of our own. Postgreen tells us they sold too quickly to get pro photos, which we guess is a good thing.
